Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak with the Health Visitor please telephone 01724 278900 (Crosby Team).

Speak to the Doctor

If you wish to speak to a Doctor on the telephone it will normally be possible to do this by arrangement with the Receptionist. We may be busy and find that interruptions during surgery are upsetting to ourselves and to the patients we are seeing. For this reason we have asked Receptionists not to disturb the Doctors during consultations with non-urgent calls. A more convenient time for you to ring will be suggested (Telephone 01724 843168).

Team Midwives

Women who have just found out they are pregnant should be contacting their Town Team Midwives direct and don’t need to see their GP first.

Telephone number for Town Team Midwives is 03033 303088

To self-refer for maternity care with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole (NLAG) NHS Foundation Trust, you should use the Badger Notes app to complete the self-referral form online, or you can call your local team directly for assistance

You will need your NHS number for the form, and it is important to do this as soon as possible after a positive home pregnancy test to arrange your first midwifery booking appointment.
